Barcelona monitoring midfield sensation Lopez

Young midfield sensation Maxime Lopez have emerged as the new target for Barcelona after his impressive form of recent for Olympic Marseille.

Lopez who have a goal and contributed five assist in 19 appearance for the French side have quickly become an important figure the Marseille team due to his performance over recent weeks.

The blaugrana have been watching the youngster for some time and could be planning for a summer swoop for the 19-year-old midfielder.

On the other hand the Catalans are also monitoring the situation of Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud should in case a move for Lopez fell through.
